ive just come back in from the garage after nearly 3 hours later the window

i have tried it with only on rubber in and still cant get it too fit,
and i dont want to damage the door any ideas please.

The rubbers are the same Kerridges supplied it
even tried to put window in without the rubber it.
It was a tight fit with the old rubber in when i pulled it out.
The glass wont even fit in the slot in to the door
i dont want to force it too much and damage the door, it seems as if the glass is to big.
Might try the silicone
