Shame he wasn't going a couple of mph faster and a pity it was a mobile laser rather than a GATSO. Top Gear did a piece a few years ago that showed that at 170+ a Gatso couldn't detect you. The moral?......slow down, of coursewink

on channel5 news the're really wheeling em out saying how dangerous this is, one bloke from transport research (i think) actually said he didn't think it was possible to go this fast on UK roads

You gotta love the roads that go alongside runways. St. Andrews airfield near Stebbing thumbup. With a lovely wide and sweeping S bend at the end driving.

But driving at excessive speeds is very dangerous, and should never EVER be done nono. that's why I drive a Peugeothehe
