I hadn't realised that it was only the 20 Evo spec cars that were particularly quick - the "standard" RS200 wasn't that fast in pure performance terms...
250 bhp & (450 bhp 'works' rally car) & [550 bhp Evo car]
* Max speed: 140 mph approx (N/A) [185 mph est]
* 0-60 mph: 6.1 secs (2.8 secs) [3.06 secs]
* 0-100 mph: 17.0 secs(7.3 secs) [6.9 secs]
* Standing 1/4-mile: 15.0 secs (11.4 secs) [10.9 secs]
Only trouble is there's not many of the Evo spec cars for sale!
Although some of the later road cars were apparently uprated to 300 and 350 BHP.

I remember wanting a RS200 so badly as a teenager.... Now it just looks like an mk1 MR2 with a bad body kit. Oh the disappointment. I'm with Mr Noble give me the Diablo (though that would break down before you got it home!
