You can get an adaptor to allow you to charge via the cigarette lighter :

The better option is to hardwire a socket to the battery.

How about direct to the interior power socket?

I tried this, and was even told by someone at Noble that it would work, but it didn't. I'm not sure It's any easier anyway!... If you need it I can get some pictures of the fitting to you.

Shouldn't be a problem the power socket is permanently live.
