Went over to see Adrian's car on the dyno last night....

Whats the at the wheel figure, or what loss factor was used? Not knocking the numbers, just curious!

Gearbox and clutch??? To handle >500 ft lbs torque without lunching them.

It's just the beefed up normal gearbox but has an oil cooler on it. I can't remember what clutch it is (but it's not the same as mine). It's, erm, 'interesting' in traffic but fine when you get going.

Adrian and I chatted the other day about the Noble horsepower wars, and basically came to the conclusion that he was running all the power you could use now. Longer gearing or bigger wheels could possibly get the top speed to 200mph though....

With my 3R, I've just about stopped the HP race as with it's road setup, with proper road tyres that actually work in the wet, it's got enough power.

As for the GT....



621.5bhp and I've not even started yet wink.

hehe it was 646 in fact. On a different day the numbers would all be different anyway.
