Hi Guys,

My new ECU fitting is done but they are having a few issues and I've now been told I won't get it back tomorrow ready for Sunday.

Is there anyone who want's to buy the place off me. I'm still going up but obviously not going on the track.

I have called Donnington and they said it's ok to change the name on the day.

Why not just bring the CSL CRB instead of wasting the day?

A day at donny would give it a blinking good servicing IMO!!

Rob,

I've just got back from the machine shop in town with some garrett paper and am about to start pulling the pads and discs off the rears and giving them a sanding.

Then I'm going to pop in the new pro friction pads and hope for the best.

I'm taking your word on it being a simple job to change the pads and get a disc off here! wink

Greg

(call me if you want to pop to Cambridge and show me how its done. smilesmilesmile )

Love to, mate - but I'm just going out. You don't need to pull the discs off if you're just 'roughing them with coarse emory. Hope it works, but I still reckon you'll need to them skimmed all round. Give us a bell after 6.15pm if you have any problems.

Not very happy now to say the least. Not much point going really, but it'll now cost me about £400 whether I do or don't. (tday + insurance)

I'll decide if I pop up in the new 4.8 X5 or the Z4M when I get up in the morning. I'll not get there until 3ish probably to pop in and say hello.
