Not been on here for a while. I have a 2003 GTO3R, Titanium/Burgendy leather with 5,800 miles. Mint condition. Never seen a track.

Anyway, considering selling...not using it much anyway (as mileage shows) and weather this year has made things worse. Haven't kept pace with prices.

So...if I decided to sell, what sort of price would get a quick sale? Hate to mess around trying to eek out an extra few quid.

Depends how quick a sale you wanted I guess - 32 - 35 from PH classifieds seems on the money. I'm probably completely wrong however.

So somewhere between £12.68 and £35,000 then? And to think that yesterday I didn't know what it was worth.

Ah...long story. I have still got it , but it went on 'holiday' to another owner for 12 months. Bought it back again in March. Had a brief interlude witha 575M and an s2000 (of all things) inbetween times.

Just a quick update - after much agonising, the car is now in the classifieds. Picked a price somewhere in between the £12.68 and £35,000 suggested.

You're right of course. No it's great, but I've got other cars and it sort of got blocked in at the back of the garage. Anyway, I had a clear out, found it and decided it was probably time to sell and give someone the chance to use it properly.

Now that's spooky... your reg is KX53 AYD and mine is KX53 AXE and mine's a 3, not a 3R but mine has the 6-speed box and LSD and it's the same colour.

Word of warning - don't build too big a garage. You WILL lose a car in there and risk being slagged off (quite rightly) for not using it enough.

Sounds like they were registered the same week. Reckon my cars better but your reg definitely has the edge (no pun intended.)

Actually I'm always making that mistake, mine is AYE, not AXE. I even told my insurance company the wrong reg, so they are 1 letter different.
