Coolent pipe help

I have had to take off one of the coolent pipes at the Turbo end because it had perished.

Obviously, I lost a bit of coolent from the pipe, now I have connected everything back up do I need to do anything to get the coolent flowing back through the system or will starting it up be enough to pump some through the system?

Just fill the coolAnt up to the top evel in the tank. Start the car, let it run for a few minutes. Then stop, let it cool and then top up again if necessary.
