I am reading some of the posts over the last week or so in total disbelief furious
I used to enjoy the Noble forum as it was a friendly bunch of guys with informative and sometimes witty posts whome all enjoy owning or having an interest in one of the best cars around.
Unfortunately lately it has changed and is more like some of the kids car forums that I browse from time to time, where they all snipe at each other and say my cars better than yours ! Surely the Nobility should be better than this ?

How about a nice SUMMER track day meet up at a central location like Donny and pay for a full day of fun in our cars with a social meal afterwards ? Maybe if enough of you are interested we could block book one of the three sessions to ourselves ! Its got to be better than whats goin on atm.I know some of you are going to ridicule me for this post but I hope also some of you agree ?

I agree. You wouldn't know it but I've been keen to get a car but just can't get any sense out of anyone re: the companies future. Sadly when you poke around for info some just revert to childish insults.

Even went to Snet on Sat to see Paul C race. Looked like you were in the wars Paul.

I agree 100%, but let's face it, most of the aggro is non Noble owners. What little there is is reprehensible...attacks and defences spiralling up to a silly place. Take a step back Guys...and breath.

I'd be up for a meet but not the track time, although I wouldn't miss the track day, I'd be taking photos. As for the beer afterwards...do bears sh!t in the woods?

Martin.

Ive looked on some of the track day sites and Sundays at the end of July are available for the full GP circuit at Donnington for £139 which is very good value and you dont need to have a day off !
Plus Sunday dinner and a few jars afterwards (if your not driving home)
Some Mid week look available but at £230 or more and a day off im not sure many would be interested ?
If you have any other suggestions then lets hear them please ?
If any ones interested put yr name down and lets see how many ? Spectators etc as well !!

i agree too,but when people come on and name call,it needs to be addressed.my best mate a parts sales man,hes 18 stone, and built like a brick $hit house.maybe i should bring him up to a dyno run or track day so that he can be called a muppet to his face.people should stop (winching) deliberate error!!!!and get peoples backs up.nuff said

No it doesn't. rolleyes

that's EXACTLY what steve's getting at. Please limit this silliness to the thread it already on and try not to drag this one down too.

Steve,

I agree entirely. I started another thread for the same reason...a track day. However Owens Northants run looks good for starters and given that I didn't go to LM this year I'm up for a track day as well.

Chris.

ps Apologies for starting the lengthy thread next door. The point I initially wanted to clarify was ownership of the company. Plain and simple I thought.

Whether its British owned or not doesn't matter as much as how good (and it WILL be) Lee's next car(s) will be.

Great idea, dates and time allowing I'll bring my car up and we'll put the passenger seat back in it for anyone who'd like to sit in for a lap or two.

I know this is going to start like always as no one can agree on a date.

But I would prefer the 29th as I get the car back on the 21st and would like to make sure it's all working and I can handle all that extra power

Responding to the original posting here, I can see the background for both sides of the debate (and that's all this is) and I have to say that Noble Automotive are not helping here (perhaps because they are gagged, in which case this must all be most frustrating for them)!

Regarding content and posting, I would suggest that...

- All views are welcome, whether positive or negative.
- Personal slights should be avoided (unless backed up by facts!).
- Always stick to the facts if possible - and/or be open to learn from others who may be more knowledgable.

Play nice now! biggrin
