What odds then on these two getting together for 2008 Le Mans with an M15/M16?

I don't think Lee Noble knows how to play with the other children (to much of a foot stamper)

Any odds you like because it wouldn't happen, besides which you are assuming that the M[insert number here] will be ready in a years time, besides which 2 it wouldn't be homologated in GT2 and in GT1 it would be blown into the weeds.

They currently don't allow turbo cars in GT2 and 1 anyway.

Thats not true. In GT2 & GT1 you can take a forced induction motor with upto 4000cc.

But this may not apply as the new car is supposed to be a normally aspirated motor but it has a carbon chassis, which is forbidden in GT2.

That and the minimum weight would be at least 1125kgs but that would be with a very small motor, if you had (say) a 5 litre normally aspirated motor then the min weight would be at least 1175kgs (but with a tiny air restrictor).

Plus in GT2 it is forbidden to hang the suspension off the gearbox or engine.

Yeah I'd guess that was pretty accurate. They had a few reliability issues...

Went to Mosler for that type of racing and have been pretty successful I think. Anyone driven a Mosler?

No that can't be right can it? You are talking about a Noble right? I thought that you had no more problems with a Noble than a Porsche?

Out of interest, what ever happened to the Ex-rollcentre Noble?

Rollcentre did fantastically well as a private team with 4th overall...only beaten by the factory teams of Audi, Peugot and Pescarolo.

It was nice to see the last 2 hours of the torrential downpour/race from the pit grandstand as guests of Rollcentre/Mole Valley...a big special "thank you" to Charles at MV for that.

Martin.

Brilliant Martin. I'm very jealous! Had to watch it on my warm sofa instead.

Sounds about right...MY Noble has been spot on. so has the Porker...however just had to change the ceramic breaks after just 12K miles due to cracking...thats not very good considering the big price and hype about them.the Noble hasn't let me down yet....ooh actually someone did thieve my fuel cap...not sure that counts though.
