Does anyone know where to get some new style blades that fit Nobles??

I know they are on noblemods but I can't get hold of Graham and they would need to be in the post this morning.

Is anyone who is going to Le Mans with me able to get me (and others?) a set in time??

Greg, I'm intending to get these - I did see them in Halfords but I didn't have the correct size with me (is it 18"?).

Suggest you search a previous thread.

Greg, if your in Cambridge, go and have a look at the wipers on the new Lexus IS, they look really good and fit.

Are you saying I ought to go to the Lexus garage and half-inch some wipers?? I grew out of doing things like that a few years back. smile

So, I can drive in tomorrow and the IS blades should fit straight on?

How the heck did you find that out??

Had a loaner, the looked close so i tried them, and they fitted. not quite the same as the Bosch ones more sort of half and half, you'll have to take a look and see if you like them

This is what I want but ehat do you do with the old style water jet set-up - the one that clips to the back of the wiper blade?

Exactally Mr Merc! I went to look and the Lexus ones earlier and they are really just posh looking normal ones with a built in aerofoil, Adrian says they're better but I doubt they'd be as good as these blade ones.

But,

I'm not too sure how we would fit on the water sprayer as they clip onto the wiper on all models post mid 2004.

Ah well no actually. The older one's (like ours) use the long, square water spray attachment that clips to the back of the actal WIPER BLADE but the newer system uses a thinn pipe that fits on the WIPER ARM (which would work as it doesn't interfere with the blade itself).

Just in case I have backwards fitted the GTO spray nozzles as well (so I now hae both systems!)

Maybe that'll be the answer then, to fit the older style GTO squirters.

Too late to do that for le mans now. frown

Guess a solid rain xing is in order then!!
