M400 pricing in the US

I dont know if its always been on there but I just looked at 1G's website, the M400 complete is $96000 with aircon, thats £10000 cheaper than I paid. At that price it would be worth importing one and driving a left hooker.

Thought that myself mate, especially with the second hand motors too. Some are really really well specced up from day one and cheap for what your getting.

You guys probably need to be reminded that 1G does not manufacture and/or sell new, turn-key Nobles.
All of the Nobles coming into the U.S. via South Africa and 1G must be assembled by 3rd parties. The final price of a new car will therefore depend on who does the drivetrain install and how many "extras" are added to the car during the install process. It also follows that used cars in the U.S. are of varying quality--depending on who did the original install and follow-up maintenance.

So what's the cost of buying a kit from 1G, having it diverted here and getting, say Plans, to put it together?

I think that would be $96K plus any costs associated with shipping it to blighty taxes etc. If you wanted to get your drivetrain here I think it was $60k ish

I wonder if it's in 1G's licensing agreement that they can’t sell cars or cars less drive trains in the UK. From the pictures I’ve seen the build quality is better and the attention to detail more superior

Wasn't there a ruling in the agreement to stop importation into the UK and non-US regions anyway.

Re the engine, if 1G CAN supply to the UK then why not take it the John Noble Motorsport for an engine supply and fit?
