Upgrade!!??

What else is in the same league as our beloved Noble(m400)??
I,m not sure weather to upgrade the m400 or take the next step up(another car)??
So what,s the best options??
This is the best place to ask as you chaps seem to have driven the whole spectrum of cars on the market!!!
I,ve tracked my m400 several times now and I,ve got the bug!!!

If you have not already got one, get a Roush exhaust.

It will feel like a completely different car.

Step up in what way? Better track car, better road car? As an all rounder a Noble is very good and with another 100bhp in the back its very quick. But a radical would run rings around it on most tracks. Really depends what you're trying to do.

Also depends how much you want to spend.

IMO a GT3 RS is about the top of the tree for a "cool" car thats awesome on raod and track.

I would get a Gallardo or similar but you'd need to be a looney or a billionaire to track one. (and I doubt you could insure it!)

I'm thinking that in 2 years or so when I sell the 3R, i'll prob have to get a gallardo (or merci ) and a track toy. In fact, I may aswell just keep the nobble for ever.

You've already got the right car!
unless you want a completely track orientated machine (radical Juno etc,etc,)
IMO.
First get the standard factory mapping issues sorted, then get the exhaust.(mine had valve surge and has done some damage to the valves)according to some more informed people the factory boost map was too high and leads to problems. mine was far freer revving after the mapping was sorted (valve probs and all). Then get the geometry set up, (Plans did mine) mine was way off and once corrected was a very different car to drive.
Having had the basic geo set-up it was suggested I had the uprights machined for proper camber adjustment. I had this done and again the car was worlds apart better than standard!
I've just fitted new c/f dymag wheels and soon along with some new dampers (probably intermediate Ohlins) it should be awesome on the road and track days.
I think it will be quite a while before I'm ready to re-build the engine for more power as it is quite fast enough to get me into bother now!

If you like the M400 then I’d probably wait for the next Noble, you can always do some mods to keep you occupied in the meantime

However, some other options worth considering - assuming this is a second car…

If you want a more extreme driving experience…
- Radical
- Atom 300
- KTM Xbow (when they make it)

Or another level..?
- Mosler MT900S – basically a GT race car on the road
