What colour interiors do people out there have that have Titanium cars. I wanted the alcantara with the blue inserts, but Charles at Mole Valley looked at me very strangely, and said I had been driving Porsches far too long (the do have some quirky colour schemes - silver with full green leather interior anyone?)

I am sure it would look OK, I think that going for the grey inserts would be a little drab and dreary.

Cheers
Eric

Just checked my Merc colour chart - indicates preferred combinations (Yess, Ve Vill tell you Britishers how to look good!!!) - for Silvers (read met greys) it suggests anthracite (black), grey, grey/light blue combo, black/red combo.

If you were to choose leather, those very helpful people at Bridge of Weir in Scotland who produce the Braemar Automotive collection will send you a swatch card of leather samples on request. This is the company who supply the leather hides to Lee Noble. I found it very useful to select the colours at home without having to make a quick decision in the showroom.

The contact Tel: 01505 615501. e-mail: sales@bowleather.co.uk web: www.bowleather.co.uk

My 3R (build 35) is Crystal Topaz (Pearl)paint with Black and Blue Velvet (perforated) leather seat inserts and highlights.

Roll on August.

I think blue and silver go together very nicely...

(Don't worry about Charles - after all he did specify their first one in banana yellow )

Hey Joust, if I take some digital pix of my car when it is finished, and e-mail them to you, could you post them on this site? As you probably realise I'm not the most technically minded when it comes to this technology. I'm still using pigeon post!!!!

It may help prospective customers make a decision on speccing colours and interiors if they can see some samples of customers cars.

For the new 3R wheels I've requested the wheel centres are finished in a look that is created by highly polishing the alloy centres, then applying 3% black paint with the final clear coat (97%). This will give a very high gloss polished steel look to the centres, which are bolted to the high polished alloy rims. One set for road, one set for slicks and track days. Promise I won't do commentary whilst on the track
