New Type (backless) Wiper Blades?

Can someone remind me about the backless wiper blades that hug the curvature of the glass better than the stock ones with a steel backbone? I suppose fitting these would mean I'd need to replace my water pipes with the old nozzle design too?

Oh yes - the replacement blades ae backless so they flex across the contour of the glass better - there is nowhere to attach the water pipes to so you need to revert back to the ols-style nozzles.

From what I understand there are 100s of variants of them, each shaped to match the curvature of the glass.

I don't know anything about them, but my guess is that Graham will have tried these before selling them. Some of you will be pleased to know they are more than expensive than the ones listed further above and therefore must be better

I have them on mine, however as the car has been sitting in my garage since november i cant say if they work any better, however they deffo look better, so who cares if they work better thats what RainX is for.

Me too, i hate to say it but your best bet would be one of the Max power type garages that have done it to lots of saxo's etc... One thinhg i hate about the look of the Noble is how the wipers sit so high on the screen.

I looked into this a while ago and there are loads of aftermarket kits available one is bound to be a close enough match to work.
However this would mean someone arranging access for a willing supplier of said kits to someones pride and joy.
If I can assure said supplier he would "off load" several "Kits" to make it worth his while.
I'm sure he could find a likely kit amongst his stock and we could get him to spend a little time finding a suitable kit for us.
So hands up who would be interested and once I know prospective numbers I'll do some spade work with a supplier and if all goes well I'll let my car be guinea pig for a day.
I'm sure you are all aware these kits prices range from around £45-£80 (DIY)so I think thats the price we should be aiming for.
