Ash, see my comments on the other Dymags thread.

To reiterate, I'm buying another set and won't be hanging around for others to order. I got some racing to do .

Whe are you ordering?

May be we can act fast. Greg is in, I am sure others will be along shortly.

May have to scratch that as the bill for my service was somewhat higher than I anticipated.

Ash - see prices on other Dymag thread. Prepare for a bashing from Wallet Watcher...

Standard black Dymags look OK on Richards gun-metal grey car, but I do prefer the 9 spokers with silver interior sections (the carbon/mags). Would I be prepared to pay an extra couple of grand for them? Doubtful.

Rob, here's an option. By one replacement wheel AND a set of Dymags with Wets (about the same cost as the Corsas) fitted on them and then stick them in your support vehicle (Mike's Pug). Then when it rains you simply swap the wheels. As you're not so keen on the look of cheaper Dymags it won't matter as you'll swap back to normal road wheels with Corsas on to drive back home.

Of course if you do that it'll never rain at any of your track days but either way you stiil win.

Until my car breaks down on the way with the set of wets in it hehe.

But why buy a set of wets as spare when you can buy slicks .

I wish they made the carbon ones in full mag as I think they look lovely. Much prettier than the 5 spoke dymags.
