Can anyone tell me roughly how much a set of dymags would cost for the Noble? (Like Obes has and Dr Cundy / chillidog have/had.)
Think about getting a 2nd set of wheels for TD's and they seem like the best bet at the mo.
(depending on the hub question that V6 GTO just asked)

Dear Greg,
Obviously confirm with Dymag themselves but if I remember correctly the all magnesium Dymags are approx £480 per corner and the mag carbon ones roughly double that. May sound expensive but in terms of bang per buck there are fewer mods that produce realy noticeable changes to the way the car drives than getting lighter wheels.

PS I'm on no comission just happy to give praise where its due.
Greg - having found a crack in the hub section of one of my wheels (it had only done 9K miles)
I've been phoning around. Prices given to me were for full set inc VAT:
Dymags Carbon/Magnesium .......£5170
Dymags Magnesium...............£3102
Trafficstar RTS................£2950
Pays yer money, takes yer choice..

Right, this could be an opportune moment.
I've already asked Graham @ Plans to get me another set of 4 Dymag Mag alloy wheels and you may be able to piggyback my onto order. This may reduce the time they take to manufacture them for you and/or prices.
So I recommend you contact Graham @ Plans.

Ow Gord, 3 threads on this already. More data ...
From Nobleforums.com:
"Original OEM 3R wheels this morning. Are you ready for this?.........the front wheels weigh 28.0 lbs. each The rear wheels weigh 30.0 lbs. each (with center caps and air valves attached)."
i.e (using RobP's figures):-
OEM F= 12.7 Kg Dymag m-a F = 8.0 Kg Saving 4.7 Kg
OEM R= 13.6 Kg Dymag m-a R = 8.5 Kg Saving 4.9 Kg
Say roughly 16-20 Kg a set unsprung weight saving.
Think this has been done to death now.

Dear All,
Yep this has been done to death, the weights are somewhere on the various threads here and in the USA. As a general rule of thumb I seem to remember the mag alloys were 25% lighter than the OEM and the carbon-mags 25% lighter again over the mag alloys. Someone will just have to search the threads.
