Hi Everyone,

As an armchair specialist car enthusiast I started to ask myself why choose one of these cars over a production sports car? I'm especially curious about the top end of the market (Noble, CAV GT or Superformance).where the cost difference between 'kits' and specials and top end production models (ferrari / porsche) can be minimal.
I'd appreciate any comments or thoughts....

I'd also like to know if there's something missing in the specialist car/kit car marketplace? Any kind of cars that you're unable to find?

And I'd like to know why you are asking the questions. Questions that you've allready asked on the American Nobleforums.com.

My car cost £52k when new - a lot less than a Ferrari.

The M12 is a raw and undiluted experience. If you want to drive one of the best driver's cars available, try one and you will buy one - that's it's market. It offers an unbeatable per £ ratio IMHO.

In the UK (the majority of users of Pistonheads) the Noble M12 was a production car NOT a kit car.

Don't try one unless you can afford one.
