Cleaning??

Any one had any grief taking a preasure washer to one of our little babies!!
Under both hoods is covered in poop and I think its the only way to reach those litle hard to reach patches!!
Heard about leaks in various places ,so better safe than sorry!!!

Summer here we come my friends!!!!!

I've jet washed mine many a time without issues, just point the lance at painted stuff rather than the engine

To get the crud off the wheel arches I actually find that smelly engine cleaner diluted 5:1 and a stiff brush works better.

I would not pressure-wash any car I liked!

For the inside of the clams I use a slow-running hose in one hand and a stiff hand-brush in the other - just rub the crud off*. I would avoid spraying anywhere near the inside of the front and rear light units at all - they let in far too much moistue as it is!

* then I coat liberally with Creme de la Mere (£100 a tub) - not really!

I just wet myself when I read that!!!

Why? With a good coat of wax it doesn't do it any harm.

Just avoid the uprights and ideally the alloys as that ended in tears for me. Well a new speedo sensor...

If you jetwash the speedo sensor it stops working due to getting water in it.

It's stuck in the front upright, normally OS.
