Peter and Barbara Dyson from USA are the directors in addition to Lee.
For a quid you can download Noble's latest annual return (to Jan 07) from Companies House website.

Former director David Jones, who was owed £3.6m in the last accounts, transferred his 60% shareholding in August 06, and Lee transferred his 40% then too. The new owner is a company called Noble Endeavours Ltd. Directors of that company are the Dysons and a guy called Russel Shear who has a London address.

Oh gawd, does this mean the Noble M1X will suck instead of blow and have see-through covers on its bright Yellow turbos?!

I heard about the Dysons envolvment back in December, didn't realise that Lee had sold his shares alongside David Jones' share though. 2.4 million if I've done my sums right.
Didn't know it wasn't genral knowledge about the buyers either, apparently they like their cars!
So is Lee staying as a managing director then?
Seems like the normal process of sell the company stay as a director for two years (non-competition clause / agreement) and then off to pastures new.

Not sure about Lee getting the 2.6 million you mention. The company at that time had net debt of 3.6 million and it was virtually all owed to Jones. Don't know whether Jones got all/any of his money back and don't know what Lee/Jones got for their shares. With effectively no fixed assets and a huge debt as per the accounts, the only value attributable to the shares would have been goodwill. Who knows what value the Dysons attached to that?

According to Companies House records, Lee is now a shareholderless director of Noble Automotive but is not a director of the parent company who took all the shares in Noble Automotive.

I wasn't suggesting for a minute anyone walked away with 2.4 Mil Just that's what it would work out to on paper.
Like you say goodwill is probably right, however Noble wasn't bankrupt therefore the Dysons will have forked out a pretty penny or come to an arrangement with any debtors.
