Cool, i made up a template out of card etc. What was you going to put on the engine covers?

I'm currently trying to find some bigger mesh to let the air escape easier! - Then someone to bend it into the correct shape/size etc!

I wanted to get some unpainted silver mesh for the front so it wouldn't stone chip and constantly need touchingup, but when I thought about it harder I realised jusat what a big job it is to bend all the bits to fit and also, if you change one bit you'd have to change them all and a Noble has a LOT of mesh!!

Looked good though you big fat chav!!

Ross, this is where to get the mesh www.wovenwire.co.uk then you've got to find someone to form it. They do a 1.2mm stainles steel wire mesh 10mm square hole (dont think it's listed on the website. thats the one i'm going to use)

Rather than a Mesh would a sheet of metal with lots of small round holes cut out look better, like a grate pattern i suppose is what you would call it. I don't know if it would be good for airflow but it would look more substantial and better and less Max power than mesh. It should also ideally stretch from the edges of the ligh cluster and appear flush with the surface of the light cluster. It would look the back end look much less fussy.

Now you've got me thinking, I think ST STL Mesh would look good on the silver/Titanium colours.

May have to check the machine shop at work.
