Coughing and spluttering on start-up

Hi chaps,


Its very rare that I need to post with a problem or issue and this is no biggy.


Last few times I have started her up normally after a week to 2 weeks sit in her velvet garage, she sounud fine on firing and there have never been any issues with her actually atsrting, but for the first few minutes of warming, if you apply throttle, its asif there is a banana shoved up the tailpipe and she can't get a breath in.

After a couple of mins on the drive at idle it goes away and is fine again. Is this something simple?

I have a service in mind for March along with the Roush system and front end respray etc, so I guess it'll get sorted then, but I wonder if you can help in the mean-time.

Mine sometimes does the same l just usually let it idle for a minute, seems to run fine just think it's a bit rich in start up.

Sounds like a lamda sensor on the way out.
