I believe it belongs to a dentist (2.5ltr) who has a practice in Newcastle and is the only one in the NE so far. Expect to see another in the NE around August. I am R35 build number which will be in Crystal Topaz colour. Can't wait.

Hi 3rtt,

What approx. date have you been given for R35? Expecting mine sometime mid-end July on number R36, with the obvious disclaimer about dates may alter.

Just getting itchy, as I've got rid of the P1, and am now running a Fiesta!

Cheers,

Mark

The delivery date window is always quoted as quite a large one. This is to give the guys at Noble a chance to deliver on time should there be a problem with supply of parts or components. I am expecting August, but it could be end of July. As time progresses the more accurate the delivery information.

I sold my 911 RS Touring (964) last September after 10 years. Planned on the new GT3, but saw the 3R at the motor show. It makes more sense and around £30,000 cheaper. I'm not sure if I wish to continue contibuting either making Porsche one of the most profitable car companies in the world. Plus I want to support a realing great guy (British) who has produced such a fantastic car.

Hi
I ordered mine at the show mine is r37. John told me that the build numbers are not always predictive of the orders that they will be built in. It is down to when they receive the fianl specs and what paint colours are the most popular( I presume they KanBan the paint shop schedule. So if its a popular colour July is possible.)

Hi guys,

I am number R32 and I have also been quoted a mid-july delivery. I have finalised specs (portofino blue) at the factory but still have to pay the second deposit.

Did you (other 3Rs buyers) already pay that second deposit ??

Got a call from John a couple of weeks back to confirm my colour spec (crystal topaz) and that the factory were ready to paint. Detailed specs were supplied first week of December.

Finalised the colour and specs a few weeks ago, but have heard nothing about the second chunk of money yet.

Went for Azure Blue, with black & grey interior.

Ready to paint!? Does that mean the 3R bodies are being made in South Africa already? Last I heard 3R production was due to start in June. Anyone heard the the latest on 'standard' spec? LSD? Turbo-off? Higher BHP/Torque?

From the information I have been given by John at Noble, the 3R is being made ready in SA (Superformance) for shipment to UK (5 weeks by container). Dealers are expecting their first demo models sometime through June. As far as I know final details will be forthcoming closer to the delivery of the dealers cars. I am confident Lee has thought of all the last details.
