An extremley happy new owner of a M12 GTO3R.
I'm in desperate need of an outdoor cover. Having looked on the noblemods website they stock the fiited cover that so many companies take 4 weeks to make. £170.
However having repeatedly emailed them for a phone number(only supply email address on website) I still have heard nothing. Not a word.
I'm appalled at the lack of customer service!!
Does anyone have the phone number for these cowboys.........

Noblemods is run by Graham Broad....as a beer money sideline, it is Not a full time job.That is also the reason there is no phone number, as he is not there during the day.
I know he has been very busy the last few days doing some prep work on a EVO ( his full time job).
I spoke to him today and he is workig through the emails...
Not sure if he see's your post he will answer you TBH.

If you are thinking of getting an outdoor car cover make sure that it states that it is 100% waterproof as I bought one from classic additions for £170, the cover leaks like a siev as specially were the spoiler is. Due to the shape when the cover is on it acts as a hold for the water, so I sent it back and they added an extra waterproof patch although this is also not holding the water and it still leaks!!

I am speaking to him today, I will give him a heads up about your email...do bear in mind this is a part time thing for him, he preps rally cars for a full time job, so if he is on a deadline..noblemods takes a back seat till it is done.

Greg, I was under the impression that the "good" covers did actually allow water in in order that it can also get out.
I bought a cheap one for my lotus when I had no garage and in winter it would sweat under the cover and the car started to smell damp all the time.
I bought a 200 one from specialist car covers (?) and when it rained, the car did get wet, but then a few hours later it would have all dried out again. A better method IIRC.

Thanks for that ,I appreciate what you say,I've met Graham once before so was aware it was more of a hobby hence not making too much fuss. It's only that I liked some of the stuff on his site and wanted a bulk price relevant to a particular car that needed a bit of TLC. Not to worry!
To be fair Greg as you say it is a breathable cover its just frustrating when you spend hours getting the car clean you cover it up, then the great british weather lets rip and your hard work has gone to waste because when the car finally drys under the cover you end up with streaks all over the place never mind.
