Could it be that "SEH" is a typo for "She" as in "She is back" meaning Ash got his car back (better late than never, sorry about all the hold-ups Ash).

Ash has had to move to a new house (true) with a bigger paddock (not sure, but guessing!) to fit all those horses in. What have the neighbours said?
