Hi fellas,

After cleaning the motor for 6 or so hours at the weekend I was to affraid to take it out in the c**p weather. Then woke up this morning and all was clear. So the boring commute became interesting again

I haven't driven properly for about a week and in that time I had forgotten just how savage the car can be!! What a rush.

I had the biggest grin on my face on the way home (The very long route home) and I can't think of anything I could buy for he money that would be so enjoyable and quick.

James

P.S. I know it's not big or clever, but I can't help but laugh when car alarms on parked cars get set off by the noise!!!

I know what you mean about the commute. Mine's at Gary's this week having a few mods (track sump, M400 fuel pump & loom upgrade) a new clutch (not that it needed one - just insurance) and a waste gate issue sorted.

I can't wait to get it back! driving

The parts are about £570. If you just want a TDS then chop and weld is the cheapest option at about £1,200 by the factory. The engine out option is between £2,000 and £3,000 depending on where you get it done and what you do at the same time.

How's that clip of the small puddle we crossed coming along?

That'll be a nice bill mate . Still, it'll be about a grand cheaper than others. Good to see Gary getting lots of work - he deserves it thumbup

I haven't had a chance to edit film yet as I have been busy with work and at home with work related stuff, PANTS. I will try and get it done over the weekend.

No worries mate - whenever you can. I've been editing a Le Mans trip and only just finished it last weekend - 5 months later

Wells she’s back - a huge thanks to Gary for sorting an amazing deal on the track sump, fuel pump, new clutch, etc. The engine sounds noticeably quieter now with more oil in it, plus I’m not arm wrestling the gear stick any more. The waste gates are back on song and she sounds lovely Shame the roads are so slippery!!
