Carl (p1carl) and I are meeting probably at Woodall services (shell) haven't set a time yet as still in discussion. We are aiming to arrive darn sarf before dark so a lunchtime meet would seem a sound idea burger

I'll let you know when Carl responds to my mail (only just sent)

How does 1230hrs sound to all?

We could call in to Northampton or Toddington as well to pick up stragglers Probably need more fuel by then

Rooms booked but on a quick tot up if all those noted so far eat, someone will need to sit on someone elses lap I'm only volunteering if she's young and veeeeeery pretty

Might be worth increasing the table size a tad if poss?

alex, from the folks who i thought said they had booked, i would have thought a table for 20 would be a safer bet mate.

Guys - local knowledge - their food is perfectly reasonable BUT there's a gastro pub - The White Horse - about 1/2 a mile away run by Jean Cristophe Novelli that's better.
I can't make it for a meal but do let me know where you end up Gadget & I might pop over for a beer the night before we bring our respective "beloveds" for the day after.

Thanks Nicky, but the idea is that we can just stagger to our beds after dinner and beer
