What an excellent display of car control. Style, panache, flair, flamboyance, flourish, style, skill, expertise, mastership, proficiency, prowess, quickness and seriously crowd pleasing.

I think that person should be given an award, and probably even a large cup, so everyone can see the skill of that driver.

the driver should also have won the 'muddiest car' and the 'making the instructor laugh the most' awards after the clio run.... overall an excellent performance..

I'm sorry but "control"? Control would have meant no loss of speed and blatting out onto the straight at a pace after a sideways transit through the corner. This guy just fishtails his way to a stop. Thats "wallow" not control. What I need now is an expert to back me up, Justin where are you? - wouldn't you agree?

I have a feeling the instuctor just before that corner told the driver to get a tank slapper going to please the crowds. The car doesn't actaually stop, it had to slow down to get out of the way of the following two cars so as not to slow down their 'fast' laps.

Control is not equal to speed Paul . Said driver two laps later then put in a quick lap and walked away with the fastest lap of everyone there

The instructor apparently told him that the Clio had a plough on the back and the field needed a quick going over before laying it down to fallow for the winter....

about £800 is correct depending on no's of people. Its worth every penny IMO. Instructors push you beyond your comfort zone (i was told 'I'll sort out the aquaplaning you keep driving flat out' at 130mph in a Palmer Jag JP1!!)
BTW the Clio farmer/drift novice did win driver of the day award.....
