After two failed attempts. I am still looking to buy a Noble. If you know of anyone looking to sell a 2001/2002 2.5 at around £24-£25k [dependant on spec, mileage, servicing, condition etc] please let me know.

Preferences:
Track Day Sump
Limited Slip Diff
Upgraded ECU [or reduction without]
Colours – Silver, Titanium, Grey, all the Blues or Black
Interior – Not red

Help! I need a car!!

Thanks
Paul

Paul,

Are you aware of/have you looked at the yellow one on sale at Dovehouse (www.dovehousecars.com/stock/details.asp?VehicleID=187) for £24k? I had a look and test drive a couple of weeks back. I've held off buying for a while though until my finances are healthier. My guess is they would drop the price somewhat as they've had it on sale for a few weeks now.

Regards,

Tim.

Not sure you are going to get a clean, well maintained, upgraded car for that money, unless someone is desperate to sell.

I suggest you hold on a bit longer to see what comes along

or borrow a few more grand and get the one you want - you may even be able to get a 3.0 with a few more K

Nothing - it's nice - just that I wouldn't choose it, that's all.

I wouldn't get to hung up on the ECU front.

Mine is a 2001 with 18k and still runing original ECU. There are people who can fix them if they go wrong.
I will change mine eventually but only as I will increase power.

I brought mine in Nov for 24k without TDS (I had that fitted for 800).

The biggest thing I would be concerned about is the diff. Mine went after 3 months from spirited driving. That costs a lot.

So 2.5L with LSD (TDS can be fitted at any time).
