Noble Ltd not at home?

Trying to get hold of Noble by phone [0870 758 6663 - no. on website] and there's no answer, no recorded message, nothing... Have they all gone on holiday or something???

Been calling them for 2 hours to confirm i am about to travel 90 miles to pick my car up. No reply at all.

Just text'ed Lee to see why there is no response. He says the factory is on holiday today, which would explain why there is no answer.

He said the factory will be open tomorrow.

Well that's odd. I had a call from Barney Stevenson at the factory in response to an email i sent earlier today requesting contact.

He explained Mandy and a few others are off, but all others have been working as normal. He has no idea whatsoever why Lee would say they are all on a jolly today.

And since he lives in Barwell, he is going to meet me at the factory this evening to give me my car back.

So, 0 out of 10 for a phone system that rings out instead of engaged when all lines are taken, but 10 out of 10 for getting back to me and sorting out my car out of hours.
