Build Manual. Again!

I've sent the US Installers link (Build Manual) link to lots of the regular PH Contributors now (having checked they are definitely genuine owners). Had requests from DrK and Cotty2, which are probably genuine requests, but obviously need to be sure. Can any of the regulars confirm that either / both are definately owners before I email them the link please

I've had info from Mark Kent (DrK) verifying him as a genuine owner, so if anyone can verify 'cotty2' that is everyone covered (for now!!??)
