Noble M12 with 4 Pipes?

Hi,

Does anybody know what the grey Noble M12 was parked at Mole Valley (Redhill) last week with 4 exhaust pipes exiting the rear splitter grille?

Looked standard apart from that!

I heard 3 of the pipes are false.

When I was at the factory a few weeks ago , I asked one of the constuctor guy's about this car. He said the bloke who bought it wanted four pipes so Lee designed and fabricated the system you see in the pic.
He also said that apparently it was v.expensive and didn't sound as good as the normal box. IMHO why p*ss about , so that's why I'm going to specify a full eight stack for my 3R.

My next noble will have 16 pipes, will Lee agree?

I didn't actually see it but I remember when the owner got the work done, he posted the information on the Yahoo Noble Group. Here's some more information from the chap who had the work done.

Its Lamborghini sports exhaust loud ,cost was £300.00 no change in performance as the back box is almost straight through anyway. It is noticeably louder outside and a little noisier inside,but not enough to drown the stereo.Lovely burble on tickover a good rip when accelerating but tails of when cruising on the motorway. The guys that did it are based in Dunfermline at a garage called Sports Car Services 01383 881118.
