Mick. It was a great day. I enjoyed every minute. And it was fantastic to see the joy and excitement on the kids' faces.
Now, my little incident. You have to admit that for so early in the day, it was a perfectly executed manouvre. I'm sure some would describe it as a 180 degree spin, but i'd like to think of it as more of a pirouette. You have to look at the artistic content.
And let's face it, if you're going to end up facing the opposite direction on the apex of a hairpin bend, the parade lap is a good time to do it. Are you sure you didn't find any oil on the track??
I was purely testing the grip levels for the rest of the drivers
And yep, it was still stickered up

Hi Peter - glad you had a good time at Donny. Were you just going round Melbourne loop? Need to get it on the full circuit to really enjoy!
Cheers

Disagree, the melbourne loop totally ruins the flow of the circuit for me and was just a bolted on after thought to make it long enough for international racing, kills the brakes for no extra benefit other than being a child round the fosters can hair pin (whatever it is called).
My car was being fixed or I'd have been along too.

You misunderstood my point -I meant taking the Noble round the full circuit is going to be infinitely better than just going round and round the Melbourne loop. I agree entirely that National cicuit is better than GP for the reasons you stated.

Nice one Peter! Did it still have the fighter jet stickers on it?
