If it were I ,which I deny ,I think they'd have notice a bit more than a number plate. it looks like a mobile advertising hording at the moment

was exemplory this last weekend except for a small incident with a radar trap and a naughty little bend on the N138 which took me somewhat by surprise.

Well it wasn't too bad i don't think.

We spotted a few speed cameras on the way out of Paris on Monday. They were stuck in some really sneaky places.

Er, I think that we had a load of safe fun. As for the trip back up the M25, I was very sedate, up the M20, a bit of fun, but I can assure you it was not dangerous either to other road users nor my passenger.
As for speeding, I can not tell you what speed I was doing, but it would not have been excessive, I love my licence.
As for the Mulsanne Straight, I do not remember overtaking anyone on a bend, or corner, I do remember staying in line, behind all the other cars for the whole of the straight. That is only for track days, and only when permitted.

I thought we were exceptionally sensible TBH compared to some other driving I saw. Sure, there was the odd moment where, in hindsight, we should have waited or done something different, but but nothing more than what you get in "normal" driving on your own, and nothing that actually caused an issue.
People are always quick to criticise other people's driving, but have no idea of the overall circumstances, and always seem to have rose tinted glasses about their own driving in these situations.
What to one person is a blind corner to another, in the car could be perfectly OK. Did the observer see if the person was already driving defensively and had assessed the road before getting to the corner? Was the overtaker using the additional angle to check and ensure their ETD was sufficient that regardless of what appeared the maneuver could be safely executed? Given the massive difference opening-angles make to your visibility, what to one person looks blind just 10 feet away could actually be wide open to the actual driver....

Ash, if yours was the car in question then not only did 7 people (driving enthusiasts with performance cars) in 3 cars in my convoy think you were driving irresponsibly and dangerously - But other forum members have also commented on the wreckless nature of your driving on a busy motorway.
You can't really sugar-coat that one...
And still no apology for shooting 2 lanes, diving into a small gap in front of me (Red Mk2 Golf GTi), cutting me up and slamming on your brakes.
Not really sure that I should expect one, given your obvious lack of compassion for fellow road-users.

I must agree with Justin.
All to often, I have passengers in the car who think I pull off crazy overtaking manouvers, however, I am the one driving, I never take risks and I know what the car is capable of. I will only overtake if I am 100% sure that its safe to do so. Often I will have seen through a gap in the traffic or a dip in a hedge that there is nothing coming and go! The passenger or other cars may think it was unsafe as they were not sure if there was anything coming, but I would not go if I was not sure it was safe.
I am sure that this goes for 99% of all sports car drivers, there are the odd few who appear to have a death wish, but as yet I have not met a Noble owner of that nature. We must be one of the most sensible lot IMO.
I always drive with total regard for myself, moreso my passenger and other road users.....Except the over 80 brigade. They've had a good innings now so why do they drive slower and not faster!

Er, I have a stutter, sorry. You should read my thread again. I do not have a "V" nor a number, and not a "GTO" as my number. Not that I am saying the driver of said vehicle did anything wrong. How could I, I did not see it happen.
So I apologise if I led you to believe that I am the culprit, but I will admit to some spirited driving.
Fact - Dave200 is saying 7 people in three cars (plus an undisclosed number of other PH-ers) witnessed a Noble driving dangerously - some Nobliity here seem to be offering up some defence milaud but these people were there - surely one can't easily defend driving one didn't witness!
Oh and I do so agree with Nathan's comment that the Noble can move into and out of airspace faster than many other road-users can comprehend - sometimes creating interesting "situations"!
