Anyone have the make and part number please?

The 3R uses Motorcraft Platinum AGSF 32FM, but not sure if they're the same in the M400 though.

Very similar.

My M400 came with:

Motorcraft AGSF32WM





In theory, the gap should be .40" for the M12 GTO-3R, and .35" for the M400.
