Hi Folks

Picking up my 04 GTO 3R on Saturday and have not slept for 2 weeks with anticipation. I live near Canterbury, any other owners nearby! Look forward to meeting you all soon, my wife is livid, and says as a trauma and orthopaedic surgeon I should know better, something about NCAPS!

Cheers

Welcome Chan.

If I say Ilizarov it'll baffle everyone, but we'll know what I'm talking about (Yes, I had one for 5 months)

Hi Greg, Hi Martin

Will post pics asap, excuse the Trevors in the background.

Martin, anyone who has been "ilizarodded" should know better, hope your pin sites are ok!

Cheers

Suggest you DO NOT tell her about the lack of side impact protection then or she'll want an M15!

Welcome Chan!

Chan, Its V6 GTO (Martin) who has the stick on plates, but as far as I know, they will be fine stuck onto armourfend.

You can buy them online.

One owner I know has the front plate stuck flat on the top of the lower splitter, inside the middle air intake. Not technically legal but I doubt you'll ever get told off.

Good colour too! Do you know who the last owner was, or is it from a dealer?

Greg I am picking the car up from Noble London on Saturday

Yes I am sure I have paid too much and lost out on a part exchange, but I could not wait any longer!! The advantages of a dealer are obvious, and I could not go the extra expense as yet for an M400.

Noble Lyn I remain intrigued, have we worked in a hospital together? The Subaru went because I went to Australia for a year, it was great, and sorely missed, unlike the Griffith which was forever breaking down, since I have had a Legnum VR4, which served its purpose well, but now I cannot wait to get the Noble. I toyed with getting an FQ340, which my brother owns, but had to go one better and teach him a lesson!

LOL

The occupation in her member profile might be a give-away.

Hello Chan

Yes we worked together sometimes in the OPD at Bromley. I worked with Orthopaedic Consultants JW and DHY. I am at the new hospital with them now.

Ring any bells?

Hi Carolyn, small world, hope all is well, does JW know you have a Noble? Last I heard he had a pimp-mobile! (AMG Merc - no offence to anyone else with one)

Will let you know next time I am down Farnboro way

Best wishes
