Trying to join the NOC ?

I have tried unsuccessfully to join the Noble Owners Club. Am I doing something incorrect ?? Can't login etc ?? Will the club produce an owners club card ?? The only reason I ask is that Competition Car insurance have asked of proof of membership when I insure my ( hopeful purchase )
