GTO 3R Running costs
Discussion
I have been looking through all the Noble owners comments on the Pistonheads list and I was very surprised to see one owner had spent £28,000 over 2 years and two months of ownership on servicing cost's, I appreciate this could be a one off but as a prospective buyer what sort of annual costs do other owners average ?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

I think a lot of it depends on luck, and how often you track the car. Stuh's was expensive as his ECU went amongst other things. If you buy an old car with no warranty and then find that your manifold goes, your turbo goes, your speedo sensor goes, your lambda sensor goes it would be a very bad day and all of these things have been known to fail sometimes - I had a bit of a bad run and spent over 3.5k in 9 months including a 1000 quid service (that doubles in cost with other things) and 1 new tyre. Large chunks were down to workmanship though as its not the easiest car to work on and dealer rates aren't cheap.
Suffice to say, whilst you are getting the performance of a 70k car, you are imho paying some of the difference in running costs
