We originally paid £1762.50 but as you are probably aware the current waiting list is over a year and increasing rapidly. Our deposit was paid on a credit card used only for that purpose which has been accumulating interest over the last few months so we are looking to at least cover this amount. However add to that the amount of disappointment we are feeling with effectively having to give the car away before we even drive the it then you will understand why we are putting the deposit up for auction.
We are not trying to profit from our shares misfortune rather trying to find a good enough reason to not take a large loan to secure the vehicle. With this in mind I am not willing to sell to a car agent or export company, I am looking to find a private individual who wants the car as much as we do so please, if you do not want the car for yourself do not apply
