Not a great deal to go on from the ad but the reg no. is listed.
I am a long time lurker here and am watching residuals like a hawk
As an aside, I am 6'5" tall - am I destined to live my life with no nobility? For all their faults as a company my TVR Griff 500 was an awesome machine and I fitted very comfortably in it (thanks to Mr. Wheeler). I imagine even tweaking the seat bracket/steering wheel boss I am a squeeze which may prohibit crash helmet and track days
Yours, a worried wannabe

I'm a long legged 6'4 and have no probs in the Noble. Have just had the seat height raised slightly at the front for a bit more thigh support.
I'm pretty sure that car has been for sale on and off for an age and if "tvrinbfg" is right, and it's got no air-con then there's your reason.

No mention of service history or when last service was, state of tyres etc, but........if ECU and fans have been upgraded got to be worth more enquiries. Had 2 folk decide to buy membership to the RAC rather than a Noble when I was thinking of selling, 2 totally different cars! 6'2" and daily user
Is that an internal pic of the ebay car then? It's not on the add so is listed elsewhere? I am always suspicious of ebay cars, probably quite unfairly as its an increasingly common way of giving a car good exposure.
Reassuring to see some lankies like me
Does removing the seat base enable helmet wearing or is that just to make road driving comfortable? I have read here about the wheel boss extension - a must have for me I am sure.

There are a few of us, including myself, who still have the original MM ECU and have experienced no problems whatsoever.
The information given to me was that there were a number of early units that were faulty. If mine's still working, then it is almost certainly not one of them.
That said, I've not heard of someone 'repairing' the ECU before. Surely if it fails, it fails?

They can be repaired. I believe the most common failure is the stepper motor circuit that controls throttle at idle.
That's what failed on mine. I could have had it repaired, but I also wanted the power upgrade & that meant needing the new ECU and loom as it could not be done on the Magnetti one.

We repair the MM ECUs at Noble Motorsport {Chesterfield}, and once repaired it wont go wrong again! But you have more problems when it comes to MOT time, where emmissions are very hit and miss with the MM. This is the main reason we upgrade them to a fully sequential system
and a very nice system it is too

How about this one?
Do the 3 litre cars come with the same fan setup as the 2.5? Looks that way from the pics....
