How good is you air con. Mine is ice cold when the car first starts but then only tepid after a good blast, if it appears to want to work at all.

No problems. All the way around to the left it's like being in a fridge. However - there is no "medium" - it's either "COLD" or "HOT".

If your's can't get cold get it sorted at your next service.

Surelly the reason you can't find the limit in the wet is because.... you don't use it!

Where were you last Sunday? I came in my squashed tomato (or whatever you called it) but I missed you in your RS200 replica.

Just pouring over your profile, Joust: marvellous!

The Noble looks almost too good to be true and your descrption is fantastic: nice to see such passionate ravings! Excellent.

Also, the X5 in silver is delightful. I've criticised the habits of some X5 drivers encountered of late but frankly, the vehicle is just so utterly competent and desirable ito ultra luxurious luggers, it hardly seems relevant in the face of such perfect engineering mastery.

The Elise? A modern classic for sure but do you think it can be justified in the prescence of The Bluebird? What about going for mega-raw by way of Caterham or Westie?

And the Quattro is just plain classic, end of story.

I salute this collection on grounds of pure, unadulterated good taste. Stupendous stuff, Sir!

HAHAHAHAHAHAH. I took it up to the Motorshow, then down to Devon for the weekend. Much more sure where the limit is now

Sorry - bit of too much of the old bevvies the night before - would have just been plain illegal and stupid to drive given how much over the limit I must have been.

Why thank you. It's taken some years, but I'm very proud of my collection.

It really does excel itself. Between Mont Blanc and the South of France down the Italy autoroute (the big one on stilts) it managed to keep up with many a "faster" machine. And then it snowed and it just plowed straight through it. I just can't fault it - apart from the top coat of the paint is just too dam soft - I've got small scratches all over it just from rubbing a bit hard with a "safe" scruuby sponge Taken me 3 hours with the t-cut so far to stop them being noticed - another 3 and it'll be back like new....

I've only kept it for summer top down motoring. But now I've just ordered a M12 GTC I think it's time that it goes when the GTC turns up...

And still drives fantastically - I can tell you. One of my favourite windy road cars.

What a shame the owner doesn't appear to have any manners.
