Changing email address - still no luck!

Could anyone on here please help me in getting my Pistonheads email address changed? I followed the 'google' advice about sending an email to J Mansfield, but my old (incorrect) email is still showing several weeks later. I am trying to sell my M400 and obviously I want people to be able to contact me in the way they choose rather than landline only. Any help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
