So I was driving the car this morning and the car suddenly lost power, it had been running fine before hand, so when I coasted to a standstill and tried to restart it was having non of it, I wasn't getting the normal hum from the pump before start up I have the upgraded Bosch pump, I've removed the 4 relays behind the driver side and cleaned them but still nothing just a single click before I turn it over is it likely the pump has probably gone? I'm not at all mechanically minded to test it let alone even find it so will have to get it to the garage but thought it might be worth seeing if anyone has had a similar issue. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Try the fuses on the rear bulkhead below the rear window. On mine (2.5) the 2nd from the left primes the fuel pump b and I had a bad connection so I would check that first.

good luck

The 4 fuses are above the ECU which is above the battery on the GTO 3 I believe.
