3R wheel centre caps?

A couple of the the locking lugs have detached - due to age I expect. Does anyone know if these are still available? Factory perhaps?

Also, where can I get an alloy valve (not the core). Ours have an 11mm nut fitted and most of those stocked come with a 15mm nut so won't fit into an M12/M400 socket.
