Where has everyone gone?

I've never been a big poster on here(although I must have had my moments, looking at the number of posts I have made) but I used to have a read here a few times a day.
This forum seems to have died a death. Years ago this forum was one of the top ranking on PH for the amount of posts and was so active.
I'm gutted as I don't like the format on FB really. I wonder if the other forums on PH have gone the same way?
It used to be full of info here with a wealth of knowledge and plenty of banter. Now next to nothing.(maybe PH should be asking themselves what has gone wrong).

Agreed, I am a relatively new owner and I would not have bought a Noble without the encouragement and support of this forum. I don't like fb much either but then look at the rules of PH (just repeated to me before I signed on today) and its don't do this don't do that, we might allow this or that, our discretion, etc etc. I mean some rules are necessary but It seems very draconian to me and well not very friendly or inviting tbh. Forums depend on their membership and if you have to many caveats and too much censorship (especially when its a bit unfathomable) then members will go elsewhere.
Steve, I agree this used to be 'the place' for all things Noble and there is a wealth of info on here.
Who can forget the spirited 'Carbon gate' threads 😜
The problem is PH itself, its become too heavy handed with moderation and rules. i know it's a commercial business, but i think it's lost sight of what a forum is all about. Start locking users down and they will find elsewhere such as the Facebook group. I think the last straw was a owner offered a part for free and they got banned!
Perhaps we need to spend more time at meets than online 😀

It could in part be a victim of success- there are only so many questions that can be asked! There are always new things but the core info is all out there with a quick search.
I still value the information here and know that any post here will always get an answer.

I still look in from time to time but lack of post and lack of Responce to post means I do not bother now , also having been banned twice for helping out other owners with parts they need I feel Pistonheads has lost its way .
Amazing to think if you need a part for your car you cannot ask on the forum or can you offer a part to somebody who needs one !!

It has turned into a rubbish forum, either over moderated or just rude, people ask questions about their cars, when you give them the correct answer they either tell you that you are wrong or they don't even bother saying thank you, so not worth the effort.
