Ok so I've found this by searching the forum (early M12 GTO):

"4mm total toe out on front - 2mm each side
4-6mm total toe in on back - 2-3mm each side"

And

"the rear can only be adjusted by half a turn on the rose joint this affects how close to 2mm toe in you can get, half a turn on the rose joint equals 1.5mm of toe at the wheel"

And

"Camber between 0.5 and 1.5 deg neg all round"

Q1. HAS ANYONE GOT THE MEASUREMENTS ABOVE IN ANGLE/DEGREES INSTEAD OF MM? (standard wheels and tyre sizes)

After changing all of my ball joints and track rod ends the readout today came out as follows:

Ranges:

Front Camber -0.15 to -1.45
Front Toe -0.05 to -0.11
Total Toe -0.09 to -0.21

Rear Camber -0.30 to -2.30
Rear Toe +0.16 to +0.22
Total Toe +0.32 to +0.44

Actual:

Front:
Left: Camber -0.36; Toe -0.08
Right: Camber -0.45; Toe -0.09
Total Toe -0.17
Steer Ahead 0.00

Rear:
Left: Camber -1.25; Toe +0.21
Right: Camber-0.42; Toe +0.14
Total Toe +0.34
Thrust Angle 0.04

The only one outside of what the system had set as tolerances was the Rear Right Toe that should have been in the range +0.16 to +0.22 so was marginally out

Q2. WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL HALF A TURN ON THE REAR ROSE JOINT MAKE ON THE ABOVE? AND WHICH WAY DO YOU TURN IT TO CORRECT THE ERROR?

1.5 mm on an 18" wheel is about 0°12' so adjusting it would take it further out than it is.

2mm = 0°15'
2-3mm = 0°15'-0°23'

Approx.

If you were to adjust the rear right toe you would lengthen the toe link to give you more toe in.

Again Thanks Mark, saved me a pointless job!
