Greetings, finally after what seems like an eternity since parting company with my beloved GTO-3R a few years back, I took the plunge and bought my dream M400 I'll post some pics when the sun returns again (next week hopefully) but in the meantime I have a couple of questions:
I'd like to get a couple of things done/checked out on the new toy (hopefully these can be done at the same time and place).
Firstly I'd like a remap/rolling road and secondly a 4 wheel alignment.
The car already has the following upgrades and as such may have been remapped in the past (I have no evidence of this though) but I would like to get it done so I know for sure which at the very least should ensure the fueling is correct:

Pro-Alloy Intercooler
Oil Separator
Fuel Pump
Pipercraft SS Exhaust System
Jetstream Manifolds
Hard-Pipe Kit
As for the alignment, I am a bit of an alignment junkie to the extent that whenever I purchase a new toy I always have one done. However I recall from my 3R that there was virtually no adjustment to be had at the rear. Can anyone tell me if this is the same for the M400 running factory suspension components?

For a rolling rd session and remap you need to contact Trevor jasper and visit his place in Rayne, essex. If you pm me I'll reply with his mobile number.
The alignment can probably be done by any decent outfit. I went to bespoke in ware but I'm sure there's somewhere closer to you if you look around. I think you're correct about the rear camber.

Hey Niall, thanks for the reply. I bought my 3R from Giles Cooper at the TVR centre, so know the guys and especially Skip at Bespoke well. Trevor Jasper is a name I've heard many times in relation to mapping but I wasn't sure where he was based or even if he was still in business, it's been that long. I'll pm you for that number shortly.

Hey John, yes indeed that is the car, in gleaming gunmetal grey with a chassis and engine bay so clean you could eat your dinner off it
What's the story of your car and how did the remap go? I've only heard very good things about Trevor Jasper and am planning on asking him to do mine, especially now Niall has kindly pointed me in his direction.

Hi Al. Yeah got on fine with Trevor, I didn't want to maximise every bit out the car, I'm running the pro alloy intercooler, 400 pump, uprated valve springs and it came out with 385hp and 400 torque, completely changed the performance of the car and I love it. I have also emailed you through ph, John

Yes Your right there is no adjustment at the rear and very little at the front. Jetstream do a rose joint set up for the Noble which will allow you to adjust the camber and toe at the front and rear. I had it fitted a few years back and it made a huge difference to the handling .
I run 2.5 negative camber front and rear on my 400 with a little toe in.
I found that best for road and track.

I know Chris at Center Gravity and indeed spent a couple of full days with him when he properly re-engineered the suspension on my Cayman S, which had been badly setup by another establishment I won't name here. Great guy and extremely thorough.
It seems there are a fair few of us dotted around this part of the East of England, so it would be a shame not to organise a get together while we still have some decent weather

That sounds brilliant and a very worthwhile upgrade. What sort of cost are we talking about? Sounds like there could be a fair bit of labour involved?

Worth giving them a call as prices may of changed in the last few years.
Definitely a worthwhile upgrade.
Spoke to Dave at Jetstream this morning. The good news is the cost which at £300-350 + VAT seems very reasonable to me. The bad news is he said they'd need the car for 7-10 days which, unless I misunderstood something, seems like rather a long time?
Further good news however, is with Chris at Centre Gravity just up the road, it presents the perfect opportunity to get a great alignment done immediately after Jetstream have finished with it.

It's true that Chris' services at CG don't come cheap but he is, as you say, good at what he does. I took an ill handling Cayman S to him some time ago and he totally re-engineered the suspension, impressive work but both labour intensive and expensive.
However, as he's just up the road from Jetstream, who by their own admission "don't have a laser rig", it seems the logical choice if you don't mind paying a little extra for an accurate job, resulting in one very fine handling Noble I would have thought
