I removed mine a few years back, it is bonded and screwed on but not that hard to remove... it is of cause a lot of work as the dash, screen, doors etc etc all need removing beforehand.

Im sure i posted a few pics of it with the tub off a few years back.

Hi
Been on a road trip so not been able to reply.

Basically there is a row of screws along the door opening, you will see these with the door open and they need to be removed... then there are some screws along the front bulkhead and a couple on the rear bulked in the engine bay.
The tub is then bonded (not a strong adhesive just sicoflex or something similar) along all the places it touches the chassis, there is nothing attaching it to the roll bars.

The majority of the work will be in the removal of the screen, dash (which bolts the the tub so needs full removal), doors, etc etc.

I am not aware of any repair sections of chassis being available. it is however easy to repair once exposed with regular available box section.

The windscreen is available new in the UK, not sure how keen they will be to ship one though
