What time is it all happening?

Mine rarely gets out these days and i'd love an excuse. Bespoke isn't that far from London, albit not a classic drive.

Its on for most of the day, peak time is usually late morning/early afternoon, or as long as the bbq food is still going. I'm planning to go along.

Might work out well for when little children are having sleeps so eloping father doesn't get in too much trouble.

Anyone heading from central London? i know there aren't many based there...

Hi Lawrence, if I venture out (and the weather's set for sunny so looking likely biggrin) I'll be heading M3 - M25 - then the last bit to Ware cross country (for a blast). I expect you'll be heading north out of town though.

Forecast is for maybe rain at 4pm so I'll probably go along, also on the M3/M25.....I'm Woking Junc, You could pop off the M3 and head up the A322 there is a turning on the right about 50 yards up from the M3 junc, turn there then right again as if you are going back towards the M3 on the right you can park smile

If all good, let me know what time to get there, if not I'll meet u guys up there smile

Hi Ian, we should convoy but the A322 means I'm doing 10 miles there and then another back to the M25 re-tracing my route. I'm London (Sunbury) - M3 to M25/J12 / M3/J2). There's an RV point we've used near Heathrow T5, will check...

Ian, suggest M25 Junction 14, turn first left at roundabout - Hornton Road. Take first right to Travelodge, industrial estate. Will aim to stop around there somewhere. Say 10.00am OK?

Should we wait for anyone else?

I was only able to stay an hour, and was completely outnumbered by the TVR army. Nice event though, and that Vuhl is delicious.

Good chats had, thanks lads biggrin Rob's suggestion to keep an eye on the OE oil breather tank. Then there was Andy's description of his home-made Carbon Factory process - excellent British effort old boy biggrin

As mentioned, good convoy run with Ian - this must have created more than one mouthed "...and there's another one..." en route driving

And lastly, thanks again to Bespoke for holding another excellent (almost entirely all TVR) open day smile
