I'm almost embarrassed to ask this question! How do I remove the gear knob ball? It looks like it should just unscrew, but I can't shift it. Is there a hidden grub screw or something that I'm missing?
I need to take it off to replace the gaiter. Cheers.
Swapped my Gear knob out yesterday for a round momo carbon knob, as said it unscrews, but it is proper stiff, I used a ratchet oil filter strap and a breaker bar to get going, even then it was stiff the whole way..
